With almost 50 years of history, La Yaya Amelia reopens its doors in the heart of Barcelona under the direction of chef Robinson Nanclares, creator of the Can Nanclares restaurants in Sant Joan Despí. This new project was born from the desire to revive the soul of traditional homemade cooking, with dishes that pay homage to timeless flavors.
