What People are Saying

“Great Experience”
“One of the staff at our hotel suggested this restaurant- wow was I glad he tipped us off! This place looks like a quiet mom and pop type place- until you taste the food. We had quite a refined and exquisite feast. The waiter ( also owner) was attentive and kindly suggested a wonderful wine to pair with our meal. Great experience!”

“Don’t Miss It!”
“Manolo (owner?) was an amazing host/waiter. He recommended our dishes when my wife and I told him we wanted the house special. Absolutely did not disappoint! Salad to start, three different sauces with the salted cod (Bacalao) and a wonderful flan type desert. And a few glasses of wine for about 75 euros. Crack open your wallet and enjoy. Back home it would be easily be over $100.“

“Catalan Food at Its Best”
“Six of us dined at La Yaya Amelia hoping for an introduction to real Catalan food. We were not disappointed. We were waited on by the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Food was excellent, outstanding meal. Restaurant is small, intimate very cozy. Well worth the experience. You will not be disappointed.“

“A Jewel”
“Recommended by our hotel this restaurant was ideal for an informal freshly cooked meal. The one staff member on duty at 6 waited cooked and served wine. The food was beautiful and the local wine superb. The tiramisu was to die for.“
