Our Story
Where It All Began
It all started in 1953 in Hostal del Llobregat (Yaya Amelia pictured out front on the left).
Yaya had a dream of making a restaurant that focused on the cuisine of the area and serving the freshest foods.
44 years later, her dream is carried on by her son Manuel in Barcelona, with incredible gastronomic tours using some of the area’s freshest ingredients.
